Harness the magnetic power of the Raytech Magnetic Tumblers. Stainless steel media burnishes and polishes while working the most hard-to-reach areas. Use our abrasive wet media to refine surfaces and use the dry media for a final polish.
Now magnetic tumblers can be used with traditional abrasive media (wet) and traditional buffing media (dry). With the new wet and dry bowls, you can convert your Raytech Magnetic Tumblers to wet and dry tumblers. These new bowls are available for the 6" diameter (CMF610) and the 4" diameter programmable (CMF410) machines.
**Product Specific Details**
Raytech’s Model CMF-1200 is the largest in the family of Centrifugal Magnetic Finishers. This model features a 12"/300mm diameter bowl and has a pin capacity of 800gms (purchased separately). It also carries all the same features and functions as the models 610 & 900. Fully programmable and features variable speed and forward/reverse functions. The Direct-drive, fan-cooled motor runs extremely quiet.
Using media as small as 1/4"L x .010" dia. allows your finisher to access recesses, channels, undercuts and other confined areas where other methods can't. On soft non-ferrous metals, finishing cycles can be accomplished in as little as half an hour, ensuring quicker turnaround time and improved productivity. If your pieces have large, smooth or flat surfaces, the finish will appear frosted. A slight buffing or a run in a dry finisher will easily bring the finish to a high shine.
